In the rare instance I would ever need restoration again, I would call them. They were late but they did call to let me know which I was ok with.

Everyone was prompt, professional & pleasant to deal with. They cleaned up all the wet insulation & drywall & left the place spotless. We were very impressed with their work, and would call them again if needed.

He cut an opening in the drywall and found that the mold was contained to the one spot.
With a few other inspections, Antonio was able to find the source and suggested we call a roofer.

**I chose not to have them replace the insulation in order to insulate wire holes and replace ceiling fixtures. They would have replaced it had I wanted (for a cost of course).

"We are truly sorry that the member felt this way about her experience with Compleat Restorations. This job did involve a condo association which can complicate things because there are often multiple carriers covering different segments of an insured’s home. Unfortunately, this is something we have no control over, and in this case, it did cause several delays. In regards to the carpet buckling, the issue was addressed, despite being out of warranty, and the original carpet installer was sent out to re-stretch the carpet free of charge. We appreciate the feedback as we are always looking ways to grow and improve our services and to make sure our customers are satisfied."
They were courteous, professional, unobtrusive. informative, and cleaned up after themselves. When it was discovered that more drying time was needed, they brought back the machines, and rigged up a long wind tunnel to REALLY concentrate the dry air on the dampened beams. I was impressed that the painter told us the need for further drying, and did not try to "paint over it" and "hope for the best". Although it required 2 extra days, we were grateful that he did not cut corners.
Throughout the job, the team communicated well with us. They always came on the date and at the time they said they would. Tina called us after the job to see if we were satisfied.
