Mr. Tomassetti failed to comply with his warranty. Although he did make two appointments to repair the leak, he failed to show up to either appointment. He then refused to take my calls or the tenant's calls. I was forced to go to another contractor to make the repairs. I then sent a letter demanding reimbursement to which he has not responded. He is also NOT registered with the Attorney General's office in accordance with the Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act. A complaint has been filed with the Attorney General's Office.

The skylight is too big for the opening. I asked him to let me know when he was going to come out. I had to move a tenant in. 5-6 months down the line water started coming in through the ceiling fan. He continually tells me he is going to come out and never responds. He never returns my calls. My friend called him to schedule work and he returned her call immediately and would come out to meet with her.

The business owner himslef completed the project ACE Owner single-handedly with the necessary elements completed the job in less than 30 minutes without having to go anywhere for additional supplies. He even had the correct color shingles with him!

After a few phone calls they came out and replaced the tiles in short order. They also found another problem on the roof and repaired that also. A few months later we lost another tile(s) in the same area. We didn't know if it was the same spot or just adjacent to it. My wife and I took turns calling them and they promised to come out and check it out. We are still waiting, months later. I guess I'll be calling someone else soon.
