The vendor was able to come to my home earlier than scheduled. As agreed on the phone, he checked my carpet with me (with a black light for pet stains); pre-treated the stains and then cleaned the carpet. Also he treated the carpet with Scotchguard. The vendor was very professional.

Our carpets were in pretty bad shape. We had had a different company in last year with poor results (that "dry" carpet cleaning company). 1st Class came recommended by a family member. They described their services well when I called to get a quote, I felt comfortable so I made an appt. The service tech (Andrew) showed up on time, was very professional and courteous. He measured and confirmed the quote and went over all services to be done. He was not pushy and did not try to "upsell" on unnecessary chemicals. He took his time to make sure the job was done right, and went over his work before he stopped to make sure we were happy. Overall a great experience and I am sure we will be using them again!

I dropped off at their location an area rug which my dog had used as a towel. I gave them a 20% off coupon I had clipped - No problem. The person there immediately took off the discount. He was pleasant and professional. He removed the rug from my car and carried it in. It was ready when he said it would be and I picked it up; that is I drove there and the rug was loaded into my car for me. The rug came out beautiful. You would never know it was ever filthy.

They were good, but nothing really stood out. They showed up on time, did what they said they would do and returned it on time. They stood by their original quote.

As always, it went extremely well. They had the stock information for the laminate in my house, gave me a ballpark estimate on the phone so that I could decide if I wanted the work done, and came out to take measurements for the installation. The flooring was installed promptly as scheduled, and looks wonderful. The house has no appearance of construction in progress, and looks finished and polished when they leave.

They were very responsive and flexible. I needed to move date twice and they were happy to reschedule. They showed up on time and did an excellent job. Most of the rugs (~9.5 years old) looked almost new for weeks after they were here. The representative walked me through house to show me the 2 or 3 stains they couldn't get out (not surprising as they were permanent markers and/or hair dye that I could not remove either). I would definitely use them again. They were a little pricey, but the best carpet cleaners we've ever used.

They did an excellent job. The carpet looked like it was new when they finished.
