The Gals Cleaning Service

They were a great service for awhile, until I started to notice small things here and there about their professionalism.  The biggest problem - the owner admitted to opening up my wedding dress hanging in my closet and remarked about the "train."  My wedding is upcoming, so I obviously wanted my dress in pristine condition.  In order to see the train, you'd have to take it out of the bag completely.  I was shocked!   I was very close to firing them, but I've had so much trouble finding affordable cleaning services in my area, I decided to let it slide and instead tried to have someone at home every time they cleaned.  My feeling was that, at least she was honest about it and told me up front what she had done.

Fast forward to about two months later and I'm expecting the Gals on a Wednesday morning.  They don't show, don't call, nothing.  I call to check-in, see if something happened?  I'm genuinely worried someone is ill or worse.  I don't hear from them for a week, so I call again.  Nothing. Leave messages that aren't returned.  To this day, I've never heard from them.  They just stopped coming!

I always paid them on time and never complained (even when they took out my wedding dress!). 

A word of caution - do not hire this group!
