Brad Cassell died the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. This is likely the reason he has not returned someone's deposit. Deposits taken this late in the year are usually for next year. I'm sure your deposit will be returned when his widow has things sorted out.

OWNER BRADLEY D. CASSELL OF STANDARD CONCRETE LLC, PA 068146 IS A CON MAN AND A THIEF. HE DREW UP A CONTRACT TO DO MY DRIVEWAY AND REQUESTED 1/2 DOWN PAYMENT. AFTER RECIEVING MY DEPOSIT, HE WITHDREW THE CONTRACT PROMISED TO RETURN MY DEPOSIT BY MONTHS END, BUT TODATE HE HAS PERFORMED NO WORK AND HAS NOT REFUNDED MY DEPOSIT. THIS MAN IS A CONNING THIEF!

Brad has years of experience. He is very thorough and makes sure the job is done right. Gives extra effort. He gave me a beautiful concrete driveway and sidewalk.

Standard Concrete is all about quality and integrity. Brad and his men (Ron and Ed) did phenomenal work. There were no short cuts or skimping in their work. They put in 4 inches of rock, compacted it, rebarred, poured 6 inches of concrete, sealed the concrete and then hauled in nice topsoil to replant the grass to fill in the gap around the driveway. Beautiful job! In spite of some extra work, the price Brad quoted me was the price I paid. My husband is very detail oriented and he went around the drive with a level. The whole project was level and at a perfect pitch to match the curve in the land. If you want a wonderful job and value for every penny, Standard Concrete should be the first place you call.

We had an in ground pool put in last summer and needed a large area of concrete around the perimeter which added up to several , several yards of concrete, yes a very big job and a challenging one at that, The back of the pool area had a large drop off and Brad came up with a wonderful solution.. He and his crew were very precise and followed through on all aspects of the job. Due to the elevation of the property and the extreme large amounts of concrete which included seven piers that had to be poured, this was not an easy job and it tested his overall ability and experience, He and his crew come through with flying colors and we ended up with an absolutely wonderful and beautiful concrete patio area around our pool for us to enjoy for many years to come. Competitively priced with others while quoting to a superior specification on a driveway replacement. Brad communicated with us through the project. The work team was very on time, efficient, did a quality job and cleaned up their tools and the work area every day. Completed job as promised. Very satisfied customer that would gladly recomend standard concrete to others.

The bid was very competitive for the replacement of a large section of seven foot wide walkway and leveling two slabs of walkway that had sunken causing tripping hazards. The work was outstanding and they provided an estimate for only the work that needed done. Brad was very friendly and very knowledgeable in explaining how he would do the job.
