It went Badly . He said it needed two parts : fan behind the freezer on the bottom and the control panel. He said that the control panel was back ordered . I gave him $200 cash for parts . That was in October of 2020, I’ve left voice and text messages , he will not call back. I’m planning to contact the AG of PA to see if I can get the $ back for the parts .

Rick identified the problem, left to purchase the necessary part then returned to install it. The charges were very reasonable.

Mr. Marshall was recommends by my plumber to look at a 4 1/2 yr old not quite top of the line dishwasher with horrible noise. I made an appointment and he came to take a look and thought it would be a simple fix...not so much! It was a bad motor and I asked him to give me an estimate for a new motor compared to trashing mine and buying new. He was quick and really good. He got a new motor from a scratch/dent machine from an appliance store locally and installed it. He didn't charge me a second service call and I'm all fixed up. I would recommend Mr. Marshall any day of the week for his skills, forward thinking, and professional fairness.

Rich arrived promptly, he diagnosed the problem, and explained what we needed to do to prevent the problem from happening again. Rich also offered to install a new cooling fan that he invented to help prevent overheating in the future. He returned quickly with the needed items and installed them.
Rich has been servicing our home appliances since 1992! We have continued to utilize his services ANY time we have needed ANY appliance repaired or replaced! He is prompt, polite, helpful, performs top notch repairs, and his prices cannot be beat - very reasonable!

He was outstanding. He came right out to me. He came the same day. He didn't have the parts so he came back the following morning. He was very responsive, responsible, and professional. He did an outstanding job in every respect. The price was very reasonable. He was right on time.

He didn't want to fix something that wasn't broken. He didn't bill us until he knew it was fixed.
