Mike Sheely Home Inspections

I had a sale that at the last minute changed their mind I had already sent my furniture to Florida and I had to put the house back up for sale with little furniture. I borrowed air mattress and bought a futon and borrowed a recliner. I received a contract and on my only day I had to rest they decided to inspect the home. I have a 13 year old dog that has cancer and I had to take her with me on the coldest day of the year. I bundled up and tried to find a place to go where they will accept a dog for 3 1/2 hours. I got back 1/2 an hour after the stated time of the inspection and they ( the buyer , the Realtor and the inspector) was still there so I sat in my car waiting for them to leave. Meanwhile I got a chill then the flu. My dog was freezing even though I had her wrapped in blankets. When they left I waited about 3 minutes before driving up to my driveway and walked into the kitchen where I found a note that Sheely was coming back on Wednesday eve to pick up the test kit for Radon. I waited for him until 8pm and no show. On the note he stated if I have any questions to call . So I called. He told me he's coming back on Thursday to inspect the roof. I said I gave him 3 1/2 hours to finish his the inspection. He told me he couldnt inspect with the snow on the roof. I told him no he had his chance to inspect and he should have taken that factor into consideration when he made the appointment. I told him you didnt leave me a not to that effect and I'll give him his test but he's not going on my roof. He began to yell and scream at me telling me I dont live at my home and there is no bed there. He began to bully me and I hung up on him telling him it's none of his business in where I sleep. This man is a nasty to deal with. He's a bully if he doesnt get his way. If he does try to get on my roof I will remove his ladder and call the police.
