Description of Work: They diagnosed and fixed a problem with my 4-wheel drive system. They call after they find the problem, but BEFORE they fix it to explain the details and confirm that the customer wants the work completed. A top notch place.

Description of Work: This business had an excellent opportunity to replace our transmission at significant expense, since that's what we thought was wrong. Instead, they checked everything they could possible attribute to the problem we described. They indicated that they do not want to charge a customer for parts they don't need. They checked everything and disassembled the parking brake, cables, cleaned and reassembled the brake, and apparently that was the problem. We took the motorhome from the Harrisburg area to Burlington, VT and back with no recurrence of the problem.

Description of Work: All A's in my ratings says it all. I would not use anyone else for all three of my cars (includes Lexus, Subaru, and Honda).

Description of Work: Transmission went out on my 2000 Buick LeSabre on a Thursday afternoon. Called Kreitzers about problem and they got the car towed to thier garage that day. Called me next day, Friday, and presented me with two replacement options, used or remanufactured, and I chose remanufactured because of the warranty. Jim Kreitzer called me the following Tuesday afternoon and told me the repairs were complete and I could pick up the car. Excellent response, excellent service and, guess what, Jim is even a nice guy.

Description of Work: I had just bought a new, used car. It broke down on me and I had it towed to Kreitzer's who I go to all of the time. Mr. Kreitzer said to me it would be more appropriate for the people who sold it to me, because it was a defect, to pay for it.
