Top notch. They will hand you the keys to a loaner car immediately if you don't want to wait. They had to order in a part and found a refurbished one for almost half the price as new. Something went wrong with the shipping and I was able to hold on to the loaner for the whole weekend which was really helpful. It took a little longer than I expected but I had the loaner and they still got the job done for way less than anyone else could've because they TOOK THE TIME to find me the best course of action. I live an hour away now but I still have their number in my phone in case anything serious comes up with my car again. It's going to be hard for me to trust anyone else with my baby from now on.

I dropped my a car off and they gave me a loaner car to take to work while my car was being repaired. Within an hour, a automotive technician called and told me that it was the wheel bearing that needed to be replaced. She told me that there were different warranty options with the wheel bearing, which was nice to know. I picked up the car after the repair and the noise was gone and the car drives well. I appreciate the qualtiy service from Kreitzer's Automotive Service and will take my car there for future repairs.

They were able to let me drop off my car at night, and offered a loaner. The next day, they called and outlined each service I would need in detail, and the estimate of cost. When I picked up the car it was less than they quoted!!

Knowledgeable, good service, and honest family business

It went very well. 1st they bend over backwards to get me in quick since she waited to tell me something was wrong. Then they provided a loner car and was very very flexible about returning it and dropping off payment. They are located about 20-30 min away but they are well worth the drive. I have used them for other repairs. This last time my other daughter Subaru brakes were squeaking. They check it out and did not find anything, they did not charge me for their time and the loaned me a pick up truck that I could use to get table and chairs for Graduation party. They also have the most friendliest cats and dogs.

It was fantastic. Much more than I could have expected from a "big name" auto shop.

They communicated very well and were very professional. They were very efficient in doing what they did. I would recommend them based on price and quality.

Had appointment for following day, but snow was forecasted. They fit me in day early. Waited and inspection was completed with full reporting to me and new stickers applied. No games, no false repair claims.

They were prompt, did an accurate alignment and charged about the average price for the work, but did not try to talk me into work that wasn't needed.

I like that this place is family owned. Down to earth trustworthy people.

I was really happy to get the car inspected for less than a $100. I enjoyed our conversation while I waited and Mr. Kreitzer's friendly furry receptionists were an added plus. I like the fact that you could get a loner car or shuttle service if you office is close enough this is one feature my previous mechanic could not offer. I've had service done on my vehicle and my husband's multiple times here and am continually satisfied by the friendliness of the staff, the promptness of service, and the low prices. The complimentary loaners mean I can have any work done I need without having to interrupt my schedule. Plus, I always look forward to visiting with the wonderful friendly office pets.

They are terrific! They go beyond what you ask for and use good common sense. They work on your vehicle as if it were their own. They found problematic areas of concern and showed us the worn parts. I highly recommending them.

I have only glowing reviews of Kreitzer's! I purchased a used vehicle from a dealership out of town on a Saturday. On Monday I contacted Kreitzer's to see if they could give it a look to ensure there were no serious problems with the car. I dropped the car off Tuesday after hours and was able to leave with a free loaner car. I picked the car up the next day with a clean bill of health! They also included a copy of a report done on the battery & alternator, and noted on my receipt that the car recently received new brake rotors. They were thorough and I trust their work completely.

I was scheduled for inspection within 48 hours of calling in to get an appointment, provided with a loaner car during service, and was contacted to ask if we wanted an oil change during the inspection because we were about 500 miles until we were due. Kreitzer's performed the inspection, emissions test, and oil change. They included test results of antifreeze as well. I was able to pick up the car on the same day it was serviced and was able to pay for the bill over the phone using my credit card. I can't recommend Kreitzer's highly enough!

BEST MECHANIC I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! I can't recommend them enough. Katie talked me through the whole process and went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure my car passed inspection without costing me too much. I really feel like I can trust her and I feel alot more confident about my car. She even called the dealer to make sure I have taken advantage of any upgrades included in the warranty. I felt like my business was important. I was lucky enough to be able to use a family members car. But I was offered a FREE loaner car multiple times. The location is a little off the beaten path but well worth it. Don't let this deter you. ***Bonus*** You can drop off and pick up your car after-hours :)

I scheduled a last minute oil change and they were able to fit me in. Great service and friendly conversation while I waited. I had a complimentary cup of coffee too. They have free internet so I could check emails and do some work while I waited, which was only about a 1/2 hour or so. I'm a regular customer and highly recommend Kreitzers. I see they also store campers on their property and may have to ask about this at my next visit.

We realized on Sept 30th that our inspection was due on our Ford van. Called Kreitzer's to see what the availability was for inspection on Oct 1st. Since we were previous customers, Jim was able to rearrange some other work to fit us in. A detailed list of work done was provided with the invoice and to let us know that 2 tires should be replaced asap. Completely thorough and will give us a reminder when the next inspection is due. Just great to do business with Jim and Katy. Thanks!

Great family run business. I used vacation time for the first week and they gave me a loaner to use for work the second week. I was reminded that the work was guaranteed when I picked my car up. This is the kind of service you expected to get years ago, will be using for my car care needs in the future. Great job and keep up the good work.

Timely and professional service with no nit picking, costly add ons.

Was having some issues with my older car and found Kreitzer's on Angie's List. Called straight away for an appointment and one was provided one to suit my schedule and also was given a loner car. Katy had my car for about a day and called to say she ran all the tests and found no problems that I was experiencing..and was not charged for her time. I did have my oil changed while there. Katy did have an idea of what I was experiencing but felt I should take the car to a Volvo dealer. Was very comfortable with her honesty and will definately take our other cars to Kreitzer's.

We received an estimate by email which was less than the estimate of the dealership. The work was completed in a timely manner. We received a lifetime warranty on parts. Great value for the money. Courteous and friendly employees.

The experience of Kreitzer's has been by far the best experience I have had at a mechanic and I will definitely be going back. The prices were very fair and the communication was superb. Everything that they did was explained in detail and discussed before the work was performed. The location is a little off the beaten path but SO worth it.

Great--especially the welding on the exhaust system leak

My transmission starting acting up in my 2005 Nissan Pathfinder. Was told by by the dealer that I need to replace the the entire transmission because it was not worth their time to repair. Received two separate estimates ranging from $5000 - $8000. to replace my transmission. I called Kreitzer and explained the problem. Katy Krietzer spent several days working the problem so that they could repair my transmission.In the end, they rebuilt my transmission and replaced myradiator for less than the cost of the original estimates of replacing just the transmission. As a bonus, I got a better warranty on the rebuilt transmission than I would have received if I simply replaced the transmission. The staff is extremely professional and courteous and Katy provided frequent updates throughout the process (about a week). I would recommend their services to anyone in a heartbeat. .
