Jim and staff always on top of things. Never overcharged. Always shows me parts replaced . Left previous mechanic to come here and have been with them for years!

First of all, Jim took my car in realizing I had waited until the last possible moment to get it inspected (and without an appointment!). He found a number of safety items that needed to be fixed and worked extra hard to find a hard to find part in order to get me back on the road by the end of the day. Jim has now helped me maintain all 3 of my cars. I found Jim on Angie's list and am glad I did. I trust Jim and his team with my families safety!

Had noise coming from back of vehicle. CAlled Jim and he took me in the next day. Diagnosed rear brake issues (which I knew was coming since the front brakes went a few month ago). He also informed me I was 10,000 miles past the oil change miles. Did work and returned car same day. I may also add he picked up the vehicle from my home and also returned it. Outstanding service and price. A mechanic you can trust which is not easy to find these days.

They arrived within the hour of my call. Towed it to their shop and diagnosed the problem and had me up and running the next morning. No waiting your turn like the big shops which does not work for me when I am doing service work. Great response, friendly folks, honest in their dealings with customers.

I've had so much work done on my vehicles at Kreitzer's that it would take too long to list everything that's been done over the past 20 years. You name it and they've probably performed the service for my vehicles. Everytime that I had occasion to take a vehicle, for whatever kind of service was required, it went GREAT from start to finish. Over the 20+ years that I've been dealing with Jim he's been nothing but fantastic. I trust him and have come to count on him whenever the need arises. Whenever I go to him I feel like I'm visiting with a friend. My twin sons have been going with me since they were infants, and they will be 20 years old soon. Everyone at Kreitzer's, including Grammy, make you feel like family not just a customer. I never ask for an estimate for any work that my vehicles might need because I've learned to 'trust' Jim and know that he would never 'overcharge' anyone for materials or services performed. I would not hesitate to recommend Kreitzer's Auto Services to ANYONE! Dos and Don't.....Well, if you need any work done on your vehicles DO take them to Kreitzer's and DON'T make the mistake of thinking that you're getting a better deal at one of the 'chain' service centers.

If you need an honest and truthful mechanic who won't rake you over the coals for his own gain, Kreitzer's is the place. You just don't find them like this anymore.

Found the provider on Angies list. Provider is close to my home so I thought I would call to schedule an appointment. I was tired of paying the franchise businesses an inflate price due to their overhead or commissions. Mr Kreitzer was a great guy to talk to and assured me that only work needed would be discussed. He was true to form. It felt great supporting and trusting a local smaller business.

Everything went well. We dropped off the car in the morning and it was ready before we finished work. Everything went smoothly even with before hours and after hours pick-ups.

We had estimates for repairs from the dealership (Lehman Saab) and Jim Kreitzer did the work promptly, efficiently, and for less than half the estimate of the dealership. Jim Kreitzer and his staff are extremely knowledgeable about automobiles in general. They are reliable and trustworthy as well as prompt and reasonable.

First Mr. Kreitzer showed me the problem while it was on the car, he offered me a loaner car free of charge, plus he shopped a bit for the part: instead of paying $300 from the local suplier, he found me the same part for half that amount. For the shaking he replaced the ball joint, my cost about 200 bucks, for the sensor my total was a bit over 300. I have spent years trying different mechanics, and I'll never use another one now that I found him. Not only is he a good mechanic, but also a good person.

Called for estimate, went over everything in great detail. Set up appointment and waited while work done. Very kind staff and clean waiting area, very polite and shower me all old parts and showed how they work! They even raise service dogs for people in wheelchairs. I saw that they work on all makes of cars.
