The owner seemed earnest - but in reality charged us an outrageous amount of money and never repaired our problems. Initially took our Expedition in for air conditioning problems and a funny stuttering in the engine at high speeds. Attempted to fix the A/C for several hundred dollars and said fixed the stutter, but was actually worse. The next day the car stopped and needed to be towed back to the shop and have the alternator replaced (coincidence?). After a week or so the air conditioning stopped working again the car constantly stuttered and the check engine light came on. Deimlers replaced several things amounting to $1,600 worth of work. Leaving the lot, the car still had all the same problems - so we cut our loses and took it to another service center where everything was repaired for a little over $100. Will never use Deimlers again.
