"Thank you [Member Name Removed] !"
"Did the work, [Member Name Removed] loves it!!!!........."
"This is what happened. We were contacted to do the daycare floor. The only time the floor can be done is between Christmas and New Years. The daycare was to have all items removed from their building the day before Christmas Eve. The floor had a linoleum over it. We were going to pull some of the linoleum on the morning of the 24th to see how much prep was needed. When we arrived on the 24th there was nothing removed. The owner of the daycare did have a baby the week before and the husband says he didn't have time to do it,but will do it on the 26th. Now we just lost two days. He removes everything on the 26th. It takes all day. The morning of the 27th we go out to remove the linoleum. It was a disaster. There was old tile, crumbling concrete, and worst of all black mold. I called the owners and the owner's husband came down to see. He was in a panic because now his daycare opens in 5 days and there is a mold problem and I am not willing to warranty any work that is going to be done. Because of the time of year (holidays) it is near impossible to get someone to address this problem properly. Had he emptied the daycare upon the agreed upon day there would be more time to address the problem. He says to go on with the job. I did grind the entire floor, bleach the remaining mold spores, remove the excess tile, and fix the crumbling concrete. I then went the extra step and installed a rubber sub floor, for no charge, this would help create a barrier ,albeit temporary for when the mold would regenerate. They also had a water leak in one of their bathrooms that needed addressed. We then installed our primer, taped the detailed pattern they wanted, spread the floor, colored it, sanded it, the put two coats of epoxy on it. I again, only agreed to go forward with this job because they agreed to no warranty. I also had in a written and signed contract that the condition of the floor was poor and if the floor deteriates that we are not liable for the determination. I wanted to walk from this job after their mold was discovered, but they insisted otherwise. A few months later there is some popping. I told them this would probably happen but again I offered no warranty. This was a nightmare and learning experience for our company."
"Went back to job, patio was just dirty,....powerwashed for her at no charge...was happy....."
"This review is preposterous. We started out doing the Member's carport. They loved it and asked us to do their foundation wall. We did it. There was a small issue in one area on the wall . when Member called us to let us no about the problem she was nice and cordial. She then called us the next day and proceeded to tell us the same thing she told us the day before. When I made Member aware of the fact that she just called me yesterday she got embarrassed and said she forgot and was on medication and had a few drinks. I NEVER called her any names, never referred to her as a Druggie or drunk. I actually just again, reminded her that we would be there soon to fix this Very minor problem. The next day her husband left a rambling, swearing message on my answering machine. I actually saved the message. He was screaming. We went out the following day to fix the problem we grinder the troubled area and cleaned it . We stated we would be out he next day to put the coating on. She then called us to say not to bother to fix it just give them $100, not $125 in compensation. We did as she asked. She then went to the bbb . When the Bbb saw we paid them her requested money they closed her complaint. This happened in 2007. She wrote a review on Angie's list in 2010. We do well over 100 jobs a year, have an a rating with the better business bureau."
