"We screwed this up I admit and I am very sorry. This was a shower designed for an elderly patient and we tried to have as low of a shower curb as possible to make it easier for her to get into the shower. We basically put it so low that when we did the pan it just didn't have proper drainage to the drain. We have a better system for doing this now and this is not our normal output. Thanks for being understanding."
