VCA East Penn Animal Hospital

Everything with VCA East Penn has been great so far! Dr. Payne is amazing with our puppy. He explains everything about her health needs, answers our questions, and always is very energetic and caring to our dog. The vet techs are very pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. I never feel pressured to purchase anything that we don't need and their prices our reasonable. We enrolled in the "Care Club" which charges us $70/month for a year. This covered all of her initial visits, vaccinations, vet tech appointments, vet appointments, and her spay. I believe we get a few more checkups this year as well (that we haven't utilized yet). Overall, I would certainly recommend this vet office to any pet owner. They are caring, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced.

I have had a series of visits. They were fine. I had no issues. We like their shop clinics on Thursdays. It was a good bedside experience. They were professional, they treated the dog well. They are expensive.

They are all very friendly and sweet to my dog. Expensive though!

The staff is friendly and they are good in following up on procedures. I don't have any issues and they were good.

Dr. Payne and the whole staff were very professional, dedicated and honest. I felt very much at ease, knowing my canine baby is in great hands. They really care about their patients and their families. They were so extremely accomodating, even took out toys and got on the floor to play with my toddler while my dog got checked out.

The vet, Dr. Distler, and her staff were excellent. They are all very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My dog had a rare parasite and Dr. Distler spent some extra time to find an effective and reasonable priced drug to eliminate the parasite. I was very satisfied with Dr. Distler and her staff's services, but thought they were expensive. After my visit to VCA, I checked with several other vets to compare prices and discovered that other vets in the area are less expensive. I'm still on the fence relative to whether VCA's service warrants the premium pricing, but I will probably continue to use them because of Dr. Distler's extra effort to treat my dog's parasite.
