Description of Work: A sunroom added to the rear of our house

Description of Work: I hired this company to renovate a property I purchased out of foreclosure and was a disaster. When I hired the company the owner, Michael Sebring, stated it would take roughly 30 days to do and that he would have many guys there every day to get it done because I was looking to have it done as fast as possible. From day 1 there was never more then 3 people there to renovate a multi unit building. He had so few people and they were all young inexperienced guys that they would be stuck not knowing what and how to do things that needed to be done. I finally got him to hire a few guys I knew that were recently laid off and to this day I believe the job only got done because of the people I brought him. I am still fixing things that him and his "kid" workers didnt do correctly. I found out after the job was complete from one of the guys I knew and one of his own workers that not only the employees but the owner himself were smoking weed and drinking in the backyard of my property. I could go on and on about the problems I had with this company and in the end if it wasnt for the bank financing I had I would have fired this company a week into the job. I had to get into a screaming match and finally call the bank and have a stop payment put on the check to get this company to do what they were hired to do.
