Description of Work: Mr. Schnellman installed a gravity drain pipe below my foundation prior to the arrival of hurricane Sandy. My sump pump was unreliable and flooded my basement every 5 years or so. With the new pipe below my foundation I do not have that problem any more. He saved my home and allows me to sleep at night without worrying about the basement everytime it rains.

 + -1 moreThey got everything done in one day the day before Hurricane Irene hit! Several inches of rain later, I was dry as a bone in the base -ment. I can finally sleep at night during a rain storm.
Description of Work: The Schnellman family did a great job excavating 160' of my yard for a gravity drain for below my footing. This was being done to eliminate the need for my sump pump. My basement had flooded 2 times previously.
