I have always been happy with them.  I have always taken the car back to Lehigh Valley.  They have always been fair, the prices seem reasonable. I have had tires put on out there and their tire prices for the same tire are no higher than a tire place like Zach Williams or somewhere else. I lot of people say I would never take my car to a dealership for servicing, they gouge you.  But I have never felt that way.  I feel that things are competitively priced for service and I have always gotten really good service out there. I have always been very happy with them.

I was very pleasantly surprised when I picked it up.  Typically they run it through a car wash and they vacuum it for you and my car is in really good shape, it does not look like an eighteen year old car.  What they did was they not only cleaned it they waxed it, it looked like a hand waxed job. I mean even the like when you open the doors, all that gunk, I don’t know what you call that area when you step into your car all that stuff inside the door jam, but that was all cleaned and waxed. They actually pulled my car into the delivery area like when I picked it up they said okay turn around, there’s your car and it looked like a brand new car setting there waiting for delivery. I spent so much on service that time they just did this extra nice thing.  It look like a brand new car sitting there, it was like wow, and they detailed the tires.  It was really nice.

Great customer service. Nice waiting area and free WiFi while you wait for your vehicle. The full points inspection and car wash at no charge is always a nice benefit.

Several years ago, we bought our TL from another dealer because they were not price competitive and we go there only for maintenance, From day one, we have taken our car there for service. Service has always been very good.

Was told a harness was messed up and it may have been caused by a previous body work on my ACURA certified used vehicle.

Replaced harness and sensor, my cost. My question was why do I have to pay for something that should be covered as part of a certified used vehicle program? The first answer I received was, and quot;Your vehicle wasn't purchased hereand quot; - it was. The second answer was, and quot;It was recent body work.and quot; I've owned the vehicle for two years and it hasn't been to any body shops.

So I have a couple questions - Why did ACURA 'certify' a vehicle for resale that may have had previous body work?

What is the certification process? Why was a bad harness not noticed?

What exact criteria is used for a LHV Acura dealship to blame me for having 'recent' bodywork?

Updated recently:

In April 2014 I was unfortunately to have been rear ended by a teen driver. They totaled the car and in the appraisers report is a moderate front-end collision that happened at 10,000 miles; it caused about $3,500 in damages. I purchased the car certified pre-owned from Vinart Acura with 30,000 miles on the odometer. I was blamed and charged for damage to the vehicle that wasn't my fault and should have been caught by Acura's 150 point certification process.

They fall over backwards when I go in there. One time they changed my oil which I normally do myself and they put my oil filter on too tight. I told them and they said they would change the oil for free the next time. Then they gave me a coupon for another free oil change. They are very nice. I would recommend them to anybody and I don't usually do that with car dealers.

I didn't pay any money, because they felt that it was their problem. I have OnStar in the car, and it stopped working for some reason. I brought it back to them after they performed some regular maintenance. There was a red light on, and I couldn't use OnStar. They found out that it was a bad module. They got the problem fixed over a couple days. They gave me three months of OnStar subscription on them, so I was really pleased. They called me and told me what they were going to do for me. I didn't ask for anything for free; I just wanted it fixed. They asked me to come in and show me the problem. They were perplexed, and they asked to keep the car for a couple days. They gave me a loaner at no charge. They apologized after the whole thing and gave me the free subscription. They went the extra mile.
