STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Absolutely nothing but time wasters. I called about a truck I saw online and scheduled an appointment the next day. When I went in I was told "this is our BEST salesman" as I was introduced to Nick. From the gate Nick started with his normal salesman rhetoric to which I abruptly chimed in explaining I am not here to waste my time or anyone else's.... Nick stated "I understand" clearly HE DIDNT. Nick requested my license, registration and insurance along with the keys to my current truck. Again I intervened and said " your jumping steps here, how about showing me the truck that brought me in here in the first place?" Nick appeared irritated but not nearly as irritated as I was at this point. Begrudgingly Nick walked away saying "let me see if it's even here" (the truck I was inquiring about) 5 minutes later he came back with his umbrella and we walked out into the rain to see it. I liked the truck after seeing it and told him now we can look over numbers. I then went and got the information he requested earlier and pulled my truck outside the front of the showroom. HERES WHERE IT REALLY WENT DOWN HILL. First of all.. STOP ASKING PEOPLE WHAT THEY'RE WILLING TO SPEND PER MONTH. Why is it ok for you to know the max I'm willing to pay, but when I ask what your bottom line price is for the purchase vehicle your response is that it is listed at the competitive NADA or KBB price already. Secondly... it is common knowledge that car dealerships make more profit selling used vehicles than new, allowing for some negotiation. I'll explain that further in a bit. So Nick takes my information and then has me sign a form giving consent to inquire my current vehicles payoff amount... yet another way they can assure they will NOT offer you a dollar over what you owe and line their pockets even more by giving you a CUTTHROAT offer. Nick then had not 1 but 2 people drive my truck. At this point I waited outside under the awning and watched. The first guy who drove it was gone for six minutes, and pulled back in. The second guy was gone for 4 minutes and pulled back up and parked it. I own a 2008 Ford F-150. I purchased it 8 months ago for $19,000. There is a small minor dent in the rear bumper that was there when I purchased the truck. I also have an ABS light on, which is the sensor I replaced recently from a used truck, my stupidity I should have bought a new sensor. Nick comes out to get me and I sit at his desk. I could tell he was about to throw a LOWBALL offer my way by his demeanor. He looked nervous, as he should be since I explained to him from the beginning I didn't want to waste my time, but something told me he's had to make such scumbag offers before... Nick went on to show me a print out of my vehicles worth... saying that at "Good condition" it's worth $6k In my mind I'm immediately doing the calculation and basically what Nick was telling me is somehow my vehicle DEPRECIATED $13,000 in 8 months.... Clearly I became offended, ****** off and annoyed.. Nick attempted to justify this RIDICULOUS offer by saying they will need to do work on the truck... $70 sensor $20 to pull the dent out of the bumper.. then Nick continued playing Mr Mechanic by telling me that the ball joints and steering need to be replaced bc the wheel shook during the 10 minutes of test drive. I countered stating it's not the ball joints, rather the overly large tread tires that were just bought and put on it. At this point I asked for my keys. Nick then went into backup mode and said "your attempting to purchase too much truck" I said "no the price of the truck is NOT the issue, rather the ridiculous amount your attempting to offer for my truck" I asked for my keys for the second time now. Again, Nick started talking about a different truck he'd like to show me. I explained loudly once again, nothing he can try to sell me is gonna make their pathetic offer for my truck reasonable. I then explained to Nick that two days earlier I was offered $15,300 for my truck. How could two dealerships be so far apart? The only logical explanation is that this place doesn't want to just sell a car, they want to screw the buyer on the trade in and get Rich doing it. I then asked for my keys the 3rd time and told him I was done arguing. This wasn't a negotiation, it was an attempted shellacking. Nick finally realized I wouldn't be had, and got my keys. After leaving I stopped at my neighborhood mechanic and asked him to drive my truck. He had ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA what they were talking about. Funny how two guys, who were dressed in button down shirt and polos, and didn't appear to be mechanics could diagnose issues on a vehicle in 4 & 6 minutes each only to find out from an ACTUAL MECHANIC what I already knew... there is no issue. Bottom line, no matter how much you tell these people from the beginning that your not gonna play the games, they don't care. They prey on the ignorant, unsuspecting, over worked, underpaid hard working American. It's the same old scumbag salesman that will do anything for the sale of a vehicle. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere. Another wasted, much needed day off I spent arguing with a stranger who tried telling me I overpaid $13000 8 months ago, bc I didn't buy from them. One more thought... if I was to buy a truck TODAY for $15000 they would have a bunch of mambo jumbo paperwork saying it's valued at $20000. Take that same truck in next week.... they will have more paperwork saying it's now valued at $10000. Funny how that works. They CAN and WILL and DO make the paperwork say whatever they want! I WOULD STRONGLY CONSIDER STAYING AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Every one was very friendly and the waiting area is very comfortable. Refreshments from Kurig as well as popcorn made fresh in their own machine and bottled water were available to customers. They also washed the outside oft the car... this will be done every time the car is brought in for service. I love service and treatment I received here. I look forward to them helping me keep my car in tip top shape!

Everything was good. They were very careful. I have only positive things to say about them. I like their timing, when I take it in, they tell you what time it will be ready and I can sit out in the waiting room and watch them. They do a good job. In the end, they run the car through the carwash. Everything seems fair with them, if there is any trouble, I can take it back and they would correct it for me.

Bad squealing. had to take off work second time to have brakes redone at dealer's cost. also, since i'm hard of hearing, the squealing was not noticed until on vacation /camping trip with daughter, and had to drive several hundred miles like this. apparently, technician who did work used bad brake pads, and either did not road test, or disregarded noise. definitely not worth price or time off or inconvenience. poor quality.

I recently purchased a car from Kelly Buick GMC. I think as a dealership they have pretty good service as far as maintaining my car. They do my oil changes and all if the inspections and stuff. I actually have a good recommendation. Let me tell you why. When I bought my new car we had a little small nick on the dash board. They replaced it no problem. I just took it in. I was not satisfied with the job because they were going to spray paint it. I said not that doesn't look good. And no problem they replaced it. They pulled the dash out and put new leather across the whole thing. That was a great deal. I thought I was going to have to argue about that even though it was new and had a warranty. It was no problem at all. Kelly Buick is good. You make an appointment. You drive right up in the garage door and they take care of it. It is very efficient. If you want to go some where they will supply you with a driver to take you. They will then pick you up later when your car is done. Not only the dash thing but one of the doors was slightly out of alignment. It was all under warranty and they set up an appointment and took care of it. They are pretty much on schedule. If they say it is going to take a half an hour or half the day they are right on schedule.

I called the day before and they had the next day available. I did not want to wait so I left my car for the day.(Loaners are not available). I was called about the findings on the noises I heard my car making and the water pump about an hour after I dropped off the car. None of the items needed to be repaired immediately and I postponed repair until a later date. They completed the work that was planned before noon so I had my car back quickly. Service was excellent.

My experience was oaky. I'm satisfied with the way they handle things. I just had an oil change and appointments. I didn't get any repairs done yet. If I needed a ride, they gave me a ride. They were reputable company. It was good to deal with them. Their salesmanship was very good. I liked the salesman whom I dealt with. I was happy. I needed a particular car and I got a fair price. The service was great. They always send me notifications for things like oil change. I would use them in the future.
