Mid to late July, we ordered a a chaise to match the sofa we liked from the store. We were told it would be four to six weeks on the delivery of the chaise. We paid up front. After the time frame, I called to get the status of the chaise. I would rarely get a call back. Finally, they called with a delivery date of 11/5/10. It was the wrong way so I sent it back. They were to order the right direction. I still can't get them to call me back. I don't have my matching chaise and I have requested my money back in late February. We are now into March and they do not return phone calls and we still have not received a refund. This has been on going for eight months. Speaks well for their customer service.
