The work went well. Even though we had a slow leak he came promptly. He also gave us some advice in how to deal with a faucet manufacturer on the warranty replacement of a part.

We had a crack in our old iron sewer drain pipe in the basement.  Frank came in and replaced it with new plastic (and in the process discovered no longer in use toilet extension that he was able to eliminate.)  The new pipe design was sleeker and it was a nice bonus to not only have the crack fixed, but to also gain a couple inches for the shelving that we wanted to put up.  He cleaned up the area well.

Since living in Emmaus, we've seen Frank Fox work at both our rental and our home doing various small plumbing jobs. He's friendly, responsive, punctual, consistent, and does a great job. I highly recommend him!

Though he valiantly tried to save our 25+ oil furnace, it quickly became apparent the winter before that life was going to get cold if we didn't suck it up and buy a new furnace. Through the seriously annoying ordeal of the leaky furnace, Frank came out at the most crazy hours to help us squeeze just a little more out of it so we could make it until it was warm enough to install the new one. He knew we had little ones, and he was great about coming quickly.
When he finally installed the new one, he was efficient, friendly, and clean. Not even a screw was left on the floor, and it only took him a day. When we had an issue a little later (with the programming), he came right back out with another professional and fixed it. So he's not afraid to ask for help from more experienced contractors when it's necessary, which is a big plus in my book.

Frank found it in a few minutes. He also found a problem that, when the toiled did leak, caused the water to go into the floor (and onto the downstairs ceiling) rather than on the tile floor where it would do no damage. The other plumbers never took the time. Frank called early in the morning, told me when he would be available, called again before he came to the house, and arrived on-time. For now on, he is our plumber.

Very prompt reply to call. He came out the very next day and cleared my drain quickly. Cleaned up after done.

his Frank arrived the same day that I called. He cut out leaking section of copper pipe and installed a new piece. He was friendly and suggested that we might want to get our water tested for acidity, since the leak was a pinhole and not a crack or wear problem.

He is excellent. I've known Frank Fox for a number of years. He is a local person. He is a good hard worker. It's always Frank himself that comes out. He serviced our whole community for many years. I would say he is the most reputable person I've dealt with in that field.

He is local. It's his own business; I mean, it's his name on the company, which means it's his reputation. That he stands behind. He does a good work. It's a fair price to what he does. I never had a problem with quality. He is highly professional.

They are really good. They are from our area and we just love them. They are nice people and they are really good. They are also a very reputable service. He is very reliable. He never usually keeps you waiting for any long amount of time. If he doesn't come the same day, he comes by the next day to work for you. He also does a great job. We have never had any kind d of problem with anything he has done.

Only concerns were the price seemed a bit high (I did not bid the job) for the time and effort it took in the end. Although it was the price he quoted it took ~1.5 hours less than he estimated but the price stayed the same. Also he did not clean up after himself very well. I had to vacuum up saw dust and wood chips in my basement that he left.

We are very satisfied with his work. He is pretty prompt. He knows what he's doing. He is a nice man.
