We were the first people to use the new line of concrete stain and knew that they were testing it out with us.  The first product did not go to our satisfaction, it was delicate in material and we discovered this immediately after the application.   Since we both knew that this was a test stage and because of our dissatisfaction, Engelman's went above and beyond their call of duty and stripped down the entire job adn redid it with another product that they had had success with in the past and made our recreation space in the basement area amazing and indestructible by both children and animals.  
We had also used them in the past for our outdoor stamped concrete walkway and patio area, they did an excellent job there as well!  I would, and have recommended them to anyone that has a job that involves concrete simple or elaborate.  I'm considering trying them out again for a concrete bar project that I would love to see in our recreation room, I'm certain they will do a excellent job!

Upon completion of the inital pour is where the problem started. There were areas where the concrete overlapped and ran over the metal coping of the pool. Where the concrete met the coping, the edge was left rough and never dressed. I placed a call to Ed and explained that there was cleanup that had to be done before proceeding. Ed responded to my home once again and upon observing my complaint, stated that the coping should have been taped off before they poured, and the edge finished. (An example of the foreman not being present at the job site.) I am sure that Ed would not have let that go. I also stated that there was a hose right next to where they were working, but cement residue was left on the white fence, which I have since scraped and repainted. After a month the crew returned to complete the 2nd part which was to spray a decorated surface, stain and seal the concrete.
After the spray operation, there was overspray on pool hose and other items in close proximatey which could have been moved easily. I guess what I am saying is that there was clean up to do when they were done.
  Overall the finished product is acceptable. They tried to clean up the overlapping concrete, however I am not completely satisfied with the finished product. As a result I have chosen not to use them on a proposal for a poured patio which I was going to have done next.
