They're great. I have no problems with them. It's been wonderful.

I've been coming to Emmaus Animal Hospital for over 20 years. They have consistently been fabulous and considerate, and they aren't pricey. We have monthly visits to buy our dog heart medication and they are always prompt and efficient. When my dog needed bandages changed, they always let me come with them to the back to keep him calm while they changed them. I have had to put a dog to sleep, the entire staff signed and sent me a sympathy card that truly meant a lot to me, they had personalized messages regarding my dog - they truly care about the animals. My dogs like Dr. Grgurich and Dr. Bufanio. They also like the numerous Vet techs, and if my dogs like someone, I like them too!

Dr. Donvan is a very special veterinary! They do a really great job and are very caring. We have used other veterinarian services in the past and did not have the greatest experiences, so we stayed with this animal clinic because they really care about the animals and are very thoughtful. My beloved 18 year old cat had to be put to sleep. The vet had it so we could hold the cat while she went right to sleep. It was a very peaceful and caring end. He left us so we could grieve. That’s the kind of thoughtfulness you hope to get with a veterinarian!

I had a horrible experience with them and I hate them. There was a time when a dog knocked me over and they did not even mind asking me if I am alright. It was a big dog and it was the dog's fault and not the staff. And they did not even consider that my cat had a congenital disease. My cat had a stroke. They wanted to treat my cat without my supervision and my cat did not want to be separated from me. I was afraid that they will put my cat down. They were bossy and they took my cat away for me for treatment and I felt that my cat could suffer another stroke and die because they took them away from me. They should have let me stayed with my cat. So I took my cat to another hospital.

This was our first visit to Emmaus Animal Hospital, and overall I was impressed. It was a busy Saturday, and they had two emergency euthenasia patients (and their visibly grieving owners) come in while we were there. So, it was a tough day for the staff. We had to wait a bit longer than we would have, but despite the difficulty of the day the staff was very professional with us. They were very compassionate and kind with our two elderly cats, and they talked over their potential health issues and possible treatments thoroughly and patiently. We will continue to bring our animals to this vet.

My husband and I have one cat and two dogs all of which go to Emmaus Animal Hospital. The vets are absolutely WONDERFUL! They genuinely care about your animals, everything from health to obedience/training to overall well-being. They are great about having appointments available for emergencies and having later business hours on some days. There are times when the front office staff aren't very friendly and tend to make you feel like you are a bother but once you are in the exam room the vets and vet techs are GREAT. The staff is always very professional and most of the time my pets are seen on time, sometimes a little early. We have only had one dissatisfying experience in the 5+ years with them. We had our dog snipped, clipped, and chipped (neutered, dew claws removed, and micro chipped). Our dog became very upset when the vet techs tried removing the bandages from his feet because he was still in a lot of pain. They weren't very patient or compassionate. I know this process is done quite often and it probably gets old for them but patience and compassion are part of the job when working with animals. They ended up having to muzzle our dog. For liability and safety, I understand it was necessary but it might have been able to be avoided if proper care was taken from the start. At the next office visit, tDr. Kris was finishing up a routine follow up and a startled look came across her face. She confirmed our dog's name (and our name) to make sure she had given the vaccinations to the correct dog because she noticed in big bold letters at the top of his chart and quot;MUZZLEand quot;. She was shocked to see this because she has seen him so many times in the past and has never had an issue. We quickly told her the story and she immediately crossed out MUZZLE on his chart. She understood that he was in pain and trying to protect himself. To this day, Dr. Kris gets excited when she sees our dog and vice versa. Now that we have a puppy she enjoys seeing him grow! Dr. Ric is also very wonderful and helpful!

They are very thorough. It's a nice atmosphere to go to. They care about your pets.

I am delighted with this facility. I would recommend it to anyone.

We kind of have a family dog that most of the time panics. We have been using this vet for twenty years and we are happy with them. They are excellent. We take him once or twice a year and I've taken him myself sometimes.

Goes well, one of my dogs is a biter and vet and company willing to respect my limitations with ability to work with him. Sometimes there is bit of a wait, but that's to be expected if they are having a busy day. They do put you promptly in an exam room, so you're not sitting in the lobby. The vets are very patient and will answer all questions.

I have been taking my pets to Emmaus Animal Hospital over the years and have always received excellent service, this was no exception. When I called them about the problems my cat was having post surgery, he was seen and received prompt attention. Dr. Zalinski kept me updated and addressed my concerns not only through the hospitalization phase, but also during what was a long and bumpy recovery period. She even went to check on my cat during the night when hours were over to make sure he was ok. I've been back there since with my other cats for wellness visits, and both she and the staff always ask how my "boy" is doing. I can't imagine going anywhere else with my pets for veterinary care, because I know I can trust them to do the best thing for my pets.
