They disposed of my old windows for a fee. Everything was pretty much there and the windows went in as scheduled in one day. The only problem was that I asked for the old aluminum storm windows to kept on, but they busted one storm window beyond repair. They tried to lie about it and I insisted that I knew it was fine before they came so finally they came forward with the pieces. They never compensated me for it or anything. The price was good.

The windows cost $5000, then it was approximately $1000 for the installation. The quality of the work was good and they arrived promptly. However, I would probably not use them again in the future.

Joe came to the house with sample window and explained how his windows were constructed, how windows could be washed from the inside with a simple release, and what options were available as far as adding grids and Low E & Argon Gas components. We decided to add 6-panel grids to all windows, and gas to all but the window in the garage. We had three bids, and this was the lowest. The team of four men arrived on time and began work, which took three days to complete. Only negative is that we are still finding pieces of plastic in our flowerbeds underneath the windows. We love the windows and highly recommend this company.
