They do a good job. I like the workers. They're very thorough. They clean up after they're done. They're willing to answer questions and to explain what they're doing. When they fix something, you're not going to have them coming back to fix it again. The quality is very good.

Story 1
We were one of those home owners who had flooding.  we had about 2ft of water in our basement.  After the water was out, within a few hours of the call, they were out to check our gas hot water heater. They relit the pilot light and charged a minimal amount.  That same weekend, the pilot light went out again because of water in the gas pipes and they came out 1st thing Monday morning to relight, but did not charge for the 2nd trip!

Story 2
A few weeks later they came to look at our gas powered furnace.  The flood had destroyed the motor and was too old to replace the motor.  We agreed to have them install a new furnace and decided to add central air as well.  Both units were installed in 2 days and worked beautifly.  They then came out on 3/29/12 to make sure the central air was working properly as part of the install.

Story 3
During our basement remodel, we had backup in our sewer drain.  They were out within 2-3hrs and cleared out all the debris.

Overall every interaction has been fantastic!  They educate on proper maintenance and educate with any questions you may have.  They are very personable and will answer every question you can imagine.  I've been told, their prices are a bit higher than others, but if you are looking for an immediate fix, you can be sure these guys are very reliable and friendly to boot.  I will not go with any other company.
