After three basement waterproofing companies had each told me that it would cost thousands of dollars to resolve the dampness/mold/musty odor situation in my crawl space, it turned out that a leaking pipe under the garage floor was the source of the problem. Jaime was able to find the location of the leak and replace the leaking section of pipe with only 3 small holes - - one each in the crawl space, laundry room, and garage. I had been concerned that I would need to dig up the driveway, garage floor and possibly the den floor to find the problem and fix it. Jaime arrived on time, worked all day and completed the job in one day. I still need to deal with the holes in the floor, but he asked my permission before he excavated through the floor. In the two weeks since Jamie was here, the crawl space floor has dried out and the musty odor is gone. I am very satisfied with his work. He also replaced the leaking valves on the hot water heater, at my request, which was a separate matter.
