Very professional, super friendly, and incredibly affordable. They cost half as much as the next cheapest estimate and as far as I'm concerned I received twice the value. Where most companies would just inspect the property and submit their report, never to be heard from again, Chris walked me through the property after his Inspection and showed me everything he noted in his report and gave me an idea of what would be involved in repairing it as well as making himself available in the event i have any future questions. If you're looking for the best value for your money, then look no further than Urban.

I needed an inspector on pretty short notice, and Kristen was the first to respond to requests I made to 5 different companies. I was very surprised when she confirmed that Chris, the inspector, would be available the very next day. I met Chris at the house, and he walked me through to fully explain all of his findings. It was very easy to schedule our inspection with Kristen. She always responded quickly and was flexible to our changing schedule. Chris was wonderful when he came to do the inspection. He spent several hours checking out every part of the house, inside and out. He then walked us through everything he found and explained the issues that would appear on his report. They were both so great to work with, we would highly recommend their services!
