rv sales
 + -1 morestill in shop despite promise to call and or have it back neither ocured, again
Description of Work: Since purchase of RV less than one year ago, multiple problems encountered. None resolved in a timely manner. Staff does not have the knowledge to repair trailers. They do not have parts available. Parts take month to come in. The rep will apologize for the delay. In order to obtain service one must wait in the "busy" line for RV to get evaluated for problem, back in line then for parts then back in line for one repair, back in line to wait for more parts then back in line for more repairs. Total time camping in less than one year 3 weeks the remainder in the shop Worst investment ever
