Specialty Contracting

After the last snow storms, some of the gutters in my home suffered under the weight on the  snow.  Additionally, I was getting water inside my mudroom (which till them, I had tried many ways to find out where it was coming from).  Mr. Benson arrived to work and finished in one day.   It was involved since he had to take off the mud room gutters in order to replace some siding (which finally stopped the leak!!).  The gutters were repaired and sealed and I was a very happy customer.  I need to state that Mr. Benson does is kind, to-the-point and the quality of his work is outstanding....and that is why I have him on my list to re-hire.

I once again hired Mr. Benson to install attic fans.  He was helpful from the beginning, as I was pondering solar-powered vs electric (I chose solar) and the job was done in 1/2 a day.   Mr. Benson arrived early and was, as always, professional.  The difference in temperature, on the second floor, was significant after we installed those fans.  He also informed me that they were eligible for a tax credit and I was grateful for that information.

Specialty Contracting are the best. The completed the roof in one day & cleaned up - it looks beautiful and I was safe and tight for the winter. they are great people to work with and very nice and very fair and very reasonable. I have given them other work to do and now they are doing a paint job on my house. I am truly blessed to know Bob and Lorraine Benson. They are superior.

This was a wonderful experience. Mr. Benson was the first contractor I hired, after some research, to do work in my "new" older home. The turn around for a quote was quick and he started (and completed) the job less than a week after I signed the proposal. This was critical since we were expecting rain and the condition of the gutters was dismal. When he came to do the job, he was professional and courteous. I was thankful for his no-nonsense approach and also for his kindness. The job site was left clean. I love my rainfall guards! They will prevent a lot of headaches since my house is surrounded by a lot of trees. I will definitely hire them again should the need arise. I may have paid a little less with someone else, but quite frankly...I would rather pay what I did for the quality of service and professionalism. These days...you don't get that very often. Grade: A
