He's a terrific, responsive and good guy. His name is Ed Keenan. Today was free because he decided I didn't need what I though I needed. I hadn't even asked them to put the caulk all around the windows but they just did that because they were very good guys. They were polite, on time and very trustworthy and Ed was very responsive, he's a very friendly guy and he gave free estimates.

He was dealing with my brother for about 10 years.  There was a leak coming from the porch.  Every time he used to get $1000 from my brother.  My brother is deceased.  Without knowing this, I also used him.  I too paid him the $1000 each time.  Then I took him to court.  The court ruled in my favor that I have to get $500.  He is yet to honor the court.  I would advise other people not to use him.  He didn’t even honor the court.  He has no respect for the people he works for and he doesn’t do a good job.  He has the habit of coming and asking for $1000 and he doesn’t finish the job.  He sent a man here and I happened to be there.  He just went up on the roof and came back down.  He said that everything was done.  I asked him what he did.  He said that he unstopped the gutters.

They would take advantage of my brother. They never corrected the problem. They worked on it for ten years and it still was never fixed. They would charge $950.00 for each call. They would come out and sometimes not perform any work. I would not recommend them to anyone.
