Very punctual and professional, not cheap but worth it since I'm having no problems by now (4 months later). Warrenty a little chintzy for a unit of that type and cost (6 months, 6000 miles), but I used AMEX card as I always do when I want to add a year/double a warranty, so as to get a better "coverage" for the work. One really nice "extra" is they are willing to pick you up or drop you off (that is, they'll drive you back in your car or pick you up at the end in your car), so you don't have to bother with getting friends, or people at work, or fool around with the public transit or taxi. One tiny problem I had was that when I drove home, I seemed to hear a kind of NEW, grating sound, not loud or very notice-able. I figured it wasn't anything that couldn't wait, so maybe someday bring it in. Well, it's my fault; never brought it in (busy life syndrome) and it never affected the compressor performance, and it is easy to forget about when the radio or CD's are on.

I have continued to use them for everything that goes wrong with my car because they are wonderful. They are incredibly fast and they could get work done in 45minutes and might be at another place the same work would have taken an entire day. They were really reasonably priced. They explained things to me if I didn't understand what was going on as I was very curious. I think that they are really a very good company to work with.

.I was very pleased with them. They are friendly. They don't try to build their business on their customers. So they don't find things to do that don't need to be done. If something needs to be fixed they fix it, if it does not need to fix they don't fix it. I will continue to use them in the future.

I called ahead to make sure that they would be able to take my car in for an inspection. I was told a time of day that same day. When I took it in, they looked it over immediately and told me what the possibilities were. Worst case scenario and best case scenario. After further inspection they quoted me a price lower than the best case scenario. After they finished the work they charged me less than the quoted price, tax included. Not only did they fix my car, they explained what was wrong and how to prevent further problems. They went so far as to bring in the part in question and SHOW me what was going on. I really appreciated that they cared enough about my understanding of the problem to show me. I was in and out of the place within an hour.
