We initially needed a one-time house cleaning, because our former cleaning person had called out the last minute. MME did such a great job, that we decided to use them regularly. The owners are easily accessible, responsive, and have great customer service skills. We love our existing crew -- they are consistently thorough and highly efficient. There were two cleaners at my house for an hour and the only rooms they finished cleaning were two small bathrooms and a powder room. I clean my house every other week so my bathrooms are not that dirty. The one girl took 50 minutes to clean my upstairs bathroom. I can see it taking maybe 25 tops for a good deep clean, but certainly not 50. I knew they would not be able to clean the entire house in 1 hour, but I expected more than just bathrooms. Maybe bathrooms and my three bedrooms. One of the cleaners also received a call on her cell during this time. She stopped what she was doing, took the call and was on the phone for about five minutes. I thought that was very unprofessional.

About the phone call I am really sorry the crew know that phones at not allowed while cleaning unless is a emergency. I wish you had call me right way to talk about this situation.Thank you"
