The job done by them was terrific. After talking to four or five other arborists, I found that their overall recommendations seemed to be the most reasonable and balanced for our situation. The person concerned was extremely quick in response and very timely. He came out when he said he would come out and his price was the best. When the job was actually done, Lewis Ruberg, the owner, was there pretty much the whole day and he directed the crew. When I made a suggestion or a request as the trees came down as well as other issues appeared, he worked with me through the day to make decisions about some limbs that were overhanging over our property and different complications as they would appear. He responded to my concerns, and when there were some minor additions to the work that was done, it was all included in the price because the guys were all out there doing the work. He really went above and beyond my expectations with the actual work that was done, and the quality was terrific. When they had finished the work, it turned out that there was one stump that was hidden by a bush and they didn't notice it. I called them the next day and mentioned it; there was somebody who came out and within four hours sawed the thing off. It was surprising; he could have come about two weeks later and it would have been fine with me, but he came in within a few hours. I would absolutely use them again in the future if I need to.

Lewis Tree Care responded quickly to my message asking for an estimate. The price was good, so I called back. Lewis came over that day and completed the work.
