Eddie Fripp came the same day I called. The job became more complicated because the faucet I bought was too large for the small sink in my powder room. I bought another one from Home Depot while Eddie did some shopping there himself and he came back and finished the job. He cleaned up well and was very pleasant to work with. I thought the price was very reasonable. I'd use him again.

I needed to have a kitchen sink reconnected. I had switched from a over the counter to under the counter sink. I called about 12 plumbers.After hearing estimated times for looking at the job ranging from 3 hours to 4 days ,Fripps brothers arrived in about 0ne hour. They looked at the job and gave me a great estimate which I accepted. The job was done in 45 mintes. They also reported hearing a leak coming from an adjoining bathroom which I had been aware of previously. I allowed them to correct this problem as well.I was very happy with the responsiveness and service provided. As an additional comment, I can say that Fripps Brothers is "Old School". You wont get someone with a coverall that looks like its never seen work. Nor will you get someone who carries a computerized pad to add up numerous questionable charges. In short these are real people and not marketing creations. Personally, I am always suspicious if someone shows up to do manual work and looks and acts like a medical doctor. Despite all the accessories, as far as I know plumbing is still done pretty much the same way as it has been done for the last 40 years. So if you are looking for honest and reliable work, I would stay with "Old School".

His prices were excellent. When he came out to give the quote, he was over an hour late. We ended up going with another company. He was very responsive and he was even willing to come to our house when I wasn’t there. He gave a good quote. We didn’t pick him because he was late.

He came out on a Sunday to do the work. He is outstanding. I highly recommend him. I have recommended him to several friends.

They are an excellent service. He has a rapid response time. He cleaned up after himself. He came out and went above and beyond what I expected.
