The owner, Hugh Ryan, came out when he said he would and did the estimating himself. He left a copy of an application for a permit to be filed with the city. I signed it, mailed it back and he took care of that issue. I asked him to give me a call the day before he did the work so that I could be sure and save the parking spaces underneath the tree, which he did. He and his crew of three arrived an hour later than promised, but got right to work. They had the tree down in an hour. They chipped it up and did a good job raking up all the debris. They did an exceptional job grinding up the tree stump. The agreement said that they would make it flush to the ground but they actually ground it down a few inches below grade. They took away the excess chippings and put the remainder in the space where the tree was, as we had previously discussed. They didn't ask for their money until the job was completed. They also give senior discounts.

They did everything. They were good. They came when they said they were gonna come and did the work that they said they were gonna do.

They are wonderful. They have wonderful prices. They are professional and have a good crew. If you are not 100% happy they will come back until you are. They want you to be pleased with their service. They did everything they promised. When they were digging up the roots a rock hit my door and they took the panel and had it replaced. I had to have the trip root person come back a couple of extra times and there were no problems or complaints. The price was excellent. I would use this company again.
