Breen Masonry and Construction

The work with Joe Breen and his crew (Sean and Matt) could not have gone better. They all were a pleasure to work with though most of my dealings and my wife’s were with Joe. I have provided Joe pictures that covered his work, from start to finish. Those pictures showed the steps that he took to transform the entrance of our 100 year old family house from something drab to what my wife and I consider to be a piece of art. If you are interested in having a professional with great communication skills and abilities to do flagstone/masonry work, do yourself a favor and check with Breen Masonry and Construction to see if he is available to work on your project. A local Architect has remarked several times after construction about how beautiful and precise the stonework was done. It was obviously done with great care and attention. Just one example of the skill is how Joe addressed a thin strip of highly visible stucco at the intersection of the porch floor and front door wall. My concerns were that the stucco was fragile and would be cracked or worse during demolition. Joe and Sean took all steps needed to slowly cut the 3” porch concrete away. It is a perfect match. What more can I say..the pictures are worth 10,000 words.
