Bernie is a really nice guy and we have been happy with all of his service calls. His rates seem to be pretty standard and fair. His work is always thorough, clean and professional. We feel comfortable leaving him on his own to lock up when his is done, very trustworthy and helpful.

Bernie came on a Friday before and looked at the job. He quoted a price of $275 to remove and replace the old drain with a new Central Brass unit (this was what was currently in place). He indicated that he would need to come back to do the work as it was late in the day. We setup an appointment for the following Monday morning. He arrived on time and finished within 1 hour or so. He showed me the failure in the old fixture that caused the leak (this part was over 20 years old). He is a great person to deal with and I would use him again. The fact that he is registered in my township is also an important plus. Its also great that he is very close by.

Whenever I call he is right there, it seems he is always available. He does great work, when he fixes something it stays fixed. I feel I can trust him, I could leave the house with him working. I would not call anyone else.
