Andrea Collins came to our home and offered us options for window treatments for our master bathroom. She brought samples of shades, as that was what we had requested in the initial phone call. Andrea suggested different types of mechanisms for raising and lowering the shades. After ordering our shade, she kept us informed as to the status of our order. Andrea arranged for the installer to come to our home to put in the shade. It looks beautiful.
The whole process went smoothly. We will definitely use Andrea again when we need window treatments, and we highly recommend her. She was very professional and personable, and it was delightful to work with her.

I decided that I needed new shades in my kitchen so I telephone Ms. Collins. We set up a home appointment to which she arrived right on time and with the appropriate materials in hand. We discussed several options after I explained what I wanted. Once I selected the shade and the color, Ms. Collins measured the areas and gave me a price that included professional installation. When the shades arrived she contacted me to set up the installation. She and the installer arrived on time, as scheduled. The shades were installed properly and looked great. I paid her 1/2 of the cost upon ordering the shades and 1/2 upon completion of the job. The job was more than satisfactory and I am thrilled with the shades and the service.
