+ -1 moreThe quality , fit and finish of the house is awful. They use all sub-contractors for construction who are all low-bidder and the quality suffers greatly. I cant really blame the subs, they are getting squeezed and thus slam through it as quickly as they can so they can move onto the next job. We have had multiple leak problems and were told "you have to replace all of your caulking every year"... I recently found an entire attic portion that didn't have any insulation; helping to explain the 50 degree temps in our powder room. Every single item in the house was done as cheaply as possible; there does not seem to be any sense of pride or care. I would never recommend Keystone to anyone; they are a bottom dollar builder and we certainly got what we paid for...
