Overall I would give this dealership a C rating. I am only rating their service department being that I didn't buy a car there. I really appreciated the Service Manager, Jim as he always spoke with me on the phone and if he couldn't reach me he would leave me a detailed message. However, I did have a huge transmission job their. The cost was upwards of $3000. From that point forward, I had numerous problems with me car including a sound that continued to reverberate over and over again for about a year. At that point I brought it back to them and they couldn't diagnoses the sound and where the source was. This troubled me greatly as I was basically told to just deal with it being that they couldn't diagnose it. Long story short, I went to another reputable mechanic that was not a dealer and they immediately found the source which made me question Hondru's reliability.
