Went well. Replaced capacitor. Got A/C running. No upselling. Would I rather put $340 towards something else? Yes. But I don’t know how to evaluate and have the correct part and install! So money well spent

Simply put, I've never had better service than provided by Home Climates. They were very responsive, went the extra mile above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I would never call anyone else after our experience with them. Their price was as low as the next lowest estimate we received, however after using them I recommend using them even if they aren't. You won't be sorry.

Very professional and friendly. While one company was preparing a quote, Home :Climates quoted, ordered, installed and returned next day to verify all in 1 day less than the other company to get me a quote to fix my AC. This was end of June and we were having 90+ degree days. 3 men came to my house - diagnose was Cody and two others came to install. All introduced and showed me ID. All three showed great concern for my satisfaction not only after the install but also before and during it as well.

Fantastic. The crew of Lee, Drew and Justin were both professional and friendly. Job was completed in a timely manner. They arrived on time and when done everything was cleaned up beautifully. My original contact person was Brian Fye. He presented me with product choices. He answered all my questions with great knowledge of the products and with humor and a smile. Their quote was right in line with other quotes I had received and I knew when he left that this was the company for me. I would use them again and they have my highest recommendation.

Our heat pump was not heating the best. It was about 15 years old so we got the name of Home Climates from our neighbor. Home Climates came in and told us differant options with differant pricing. They never pressure us at all. They installed it quickly and didnt make any mess! They call us twice a year to remind us of the Spring and Fall tuneup service. They also call us with special deals they are offering. I really cant say enough about this company. They are very honest and work with you. A really awesome company for HVAC services.

The new unit has multiple fan speeds and a variable compressor. It keeps the house at a more consistent temperature. It is quieter since we usually use the lower fan speed. There is not a whole lot to say, the unit is an improvement over the old one with better features. It was installed without fuss or surprises when they said it would be. There were no unexpected expenses. There was no drama.

I initially found these guys on line and chose them because they were local and gave me a good price. I am very glad I did. They arrived when promised, were courteous, consistent, and worked through to completion. I was so happy with their work that when my air conditioning system died two months later I hired them again.
