The work was done very professionally, and it was explained well. They actually arrived sooner than expected and were willing to come back later, but I was able to accommodate the time. The Gutter Helmet is somewhat expensive, but I believe it is worth the price, at least for me. I was having problems with ice sliding off solar panels and damaging the gutters. I believe that this will eliminate that problem as well as eliminate having to remove leaves and debris which is the advertised benefit.

Estimator came out quickly but it took another two months for the work to actually take place, likely because mine was a small job. Also, I had said I wasn't in a hurry. They removed all the siding on one side of the house, installed a window, installed foam (accordion) insulation and then re-installed the old siding. They also replaced several sections of soffit trim along the roof line. The workers were excellent and finished the job in one day when it had been estimated to require 1.5 days. I thought it was expensive but I did want the job done well which it was.

Our house is approximately 20 years old, and was originally constructed with Andersen double hung windows.  They had performed very well over the years.  However my wife wanted a tilt-in cleaning feature that was not available on Andersen windows 20 years ago.
We researched several replacement window types and contractors to get the tilt-in feature while still maintaining good energy efficiency and aesthetic quality.  Century Spouting/Home Improvements  was the one contractor who listened to our needs and suggested an Andersen window replacement/upgrade program.  This approach provided all the features we desired and entailed much less disruption to our house and was less expensive than purchasing and installing an entire window frame, track and sash.  Therefore, due to the salesman listening  to our needs and proposing an optimal solution,  we selected Century to provide and install the Andersen upgrade units.
The team that did the installation did a very good job.  The materials used were good, and the carpenters were careful and conscientious.  My wife was quite happy that the only work we needed to do as part of the installation was to take down curtains, and move furniture out of the way.
There however was one shortcoming I found in working with Century. The hand off from sales to installation could have been handled better.  We had settled on a target start date with the salesman (assuming 6 week lead time) and that start date was missed by 3 weeks.  The cause of the slip might very well have been Andersen (the material supplier).  However my feeling is that Century could have been more pro active in trying to keep the original promise date, and been better at communicating the slip with us when it did occur.
In summary, we found Century to be an honest company to deal with and their work was very good.  They deserve a B+. We will likely ask them to bid on our future residing work.  However I think their project coordination and communication with the customer could be improved.

I was told that the repairs would be done in about 2 weeks but they had an opening that same week so the whole project was completed in 3 days. The two man crew replace the one damaged spouting from last winter's snow and ice. I was also having problems with water running behind all my spouting so they came up with a plan to add another piece of aluminum (in the same color) that channels all water off the roof into the spouting. This worked extremely well and corrected my problem.

Great. Actually showed up and did the job 2 weeks earlier than scheduled.

They were great. They quoted me a price and they stayed right with the price. They were professional. They were on-time. I told them that it did not matter when they would put them on. He said that they will call. He did and they were there the next day.

The used two different crews a roofing crew performed first followed by the gutter crew. Both of the crews' work was performed efficiently and neatly. There were a few scattered roofing nails and gutter straps found around the house, but they removed most of the debris from the roof and old gutters. I was on vacation at the time but they communicated well with my house sitter and with my friend who checked on their work. (he has extensive home repair experience). He remarked on the quality of their roofing work. The salesman was very patient and held the bid beyond the stated limit on the contract (due to delays in processing my home equity loan). I would definitely recommend them.

They have done work for us twice. We've had very good luck with Century Spouting. Their pricing was very fair.
