Great service.

Piano had not been tuned in more than two years. Mike was very professional. He took his time and made sure everything was in good working order. Explained good placement of the piano in our new home, recommended humidity levels to keep piano sounding good, and how his company notifies customers for future appointments, Price was comparable to past tunings done by other companies.

The work is excellent. The piano is in tune and keeps fairly well in tune due to the humidifier system put in place by the piano technician. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and extremely competent. He is also friendly and easy to work with. He can fix any problem with a piano if you have issues, but he keeps my piano in great shape.

We recently had an upright piano delivered to us from someone who was moving long distance and needed to find a home for the instrument. The piano is an older instrument and was pretty out of tune after it was moved. We set up an appointment to have Mike tune it and were very satisfied with the service! Mike was easy to talk to and answered any questions we had about how to care for the piano. He set up a new climate control system to keep the instrument balanced during temperature and season changes. After he tuned it, the piano sounded significantly clearer and the intonation was spot on. Mike was attentive to every detail and made the piano very enjoyable to play.

Carr's Piano SVC remind us time to have the piano tuned. He seems very thorough in tuning the piano. My wife is a piano player and she always feels like it is in tune. He does a good job with the keyboard and does a good job. He also restores piano everything from inside to outside and he installed a humidifier in our piano so it doesn't dry out and crack. He is a member of a national organization for piano tuners which is almost like an accreditation. It makes him an extra qualified professional. We have recommended him to a number of our friends.
