Window Service
I decided that I wanted to use Simonton windows for my home to replace several damaged windows, based on the results of Consumer Report testing. I called the local Simonton Window supplier. As that company does not provide installation service, they gave me Mr. Pope's name. He contacted me within the day and came for an in-home assessment within 2 business days. Mr. Pope was professional from the beginning, explaining everything clearly and without hype or pressure. His price was significantly lower than the bids I received from other contractors. He arrived promptly the day scheduled for installation. He worked non-stop for 7 hours installing the windows. He cleaned up after himself so I did not have a mess after he was finished.
