The work done was good quality.  The management of the work was far from good.  Getting information concerning the budget or timeline was almost impossible.  The timeline was pushed back three times and a four month project became a ten month project.  The initial estimate was tripled with only minor changes in the original scope of work.  The owner, Dan Lersch, was extremely confrontational when he was pressed on a completion date and budget information.  Lerco refused to supply lien waivers for all of the subcontractors that were used and only supplied a partial list when payments were stopped.  As a result the work stopped at the 95% complete part and we will settle our differences in court.



My recommendation to anyone considering using Lerco is to get a definite timeline IN WRITING and do not get conned into working under their Time and Material rates.  If you do this, you are essentially giving Lerco an open checkbook which they will certainly take advantage of.

They did a very nice job with matching the elements that were in the house originally to where you cannot tell it was added on. They were very professional, and I recommend them highly. They paid great attention to detail, and they were a phenomenal group of guys.

THEY TOOK THREE MONTHS AND WE GUTTED THE INSIDE OF THE HOUSE AND THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB. IT CAME IN ON TIME AND ON BUDGET AND WITH MINIMAL FUSS. THEY WERE EASY TO WORK WITH AND VERY FLEXIBLE IN ACCOMMODATING OUR NEEDS.
