He was great. Very responsive, came out quickly. Seemed very honest.

I had been hearing noises from under the floor and our c ats were guarding an air conditioner vent on the porch. We found peanut shells in  our basement. Mr. Montani inspected the outside of the home, the basement and attic and immediately diagnosed the problem as mice. He stayed for about 1/2 and corrected the issue.

He was very professional, knowledgeable and kind.

We had used Dom from the Capture Company perhaps 10 years ago in another home in which evidence of mice were discovered in the attach.  He was a pleasure to work with, very professional and reasonable in his fees.  He resolved the problem in both cases and would use him again without question.

Owner, Dominic Montani, is a certified wildlife control specialist. He responded quickly and determined the critters to be a mama raccoon with babies. Set two baited traps (inside/outside). When the traps were disregarded, he applied a strong male scent to drive the female with babies out of the attic. Although we all heard them, no-one ever saw the intruders. Hearing nothing for several days, we believed they had departed. Dom returned to make a thorough inspection, retrieved his traps and closed up the entry point from inside the attic. He then had his roofer associate climb to the roof, inspect the shingles, the flashing and then straighten the external cover of the roof vent. No further repair was necessary. Dom made four trips over about six days. He called each time about 20 minutes before he arrived, and arrived on time. Very professional.

He set up two live traps and the animal was caught the next day.

With the exception of one poor mouse that couldn't make it outside and died in our basement, we haven't heard or seen any more mice in the house.

I had a missing cat. He came back out and checked to see if the cat was under the porch with no charge. I would never hesitate to reccomend him for anything. While he was mouse proofing, his assistant helped me clean a light fixture that was out of reach.
