Shaw Maintenance

The project was completed. I was going to use Bob for other work but was very disappointed in his workers ethics. They were sloppy and beer was on the job site. I went with him not for price but I thought he would have the experience to do the job right. I have since had the 4 roof drains replaced. The contractor that replaced these explained that the rubber roof is in contact with the original asphalt roof at the eves which will shorten the roofs life in these areas.

I would not use Shaw Maintenance.

The owner was Bob Shaw.  They haven't started the work yet, just waiting for the weather to be cooperative.  I have already paid them half of the contract.  They called me back right away next day.  They came out a few days after that, and they were timely.  I had a few questions after their initial inspection, which we were able to talk through about their full understanding of what the problem was, what was going on, and what needed to be done.  It has been a very positive experience so far.
