POCONO CUSTOM CABINETRY

Got name from Angie's List.  Contacted Pocono Custom Cabinetry.  Discussed what I needed.  Cabinet had to be exact as it was going between two walls.  Came to my house and measured.  Spent time discussing the design (wanted white bead board) and how many drawers I wanted, etc.)  Very knowledgeable about what would work and what wouldn't work .  Every aspect of the cabinet was discussed with me - something I had not experienced in the past.  I am a woman who lives alone and having a lot of work being done in my house, have experienced not being informed of what my choice is (after all, the contractor knows best).  Emailed me photos of the cabinet as it was being built.  Installed it, the top, and my medicine cabinet.  Have this cabinet a couple of years now and love the quality of the work.  True professional who takes pride in his work - always returned calls, in constant contact during project, Highly, highly recommend

I would give him 5 stars. The price was very good. He was really nice. I would highly recommend him. I can say he was prompt. I didn't have to call him. I've had some bad, bad people. He was helpful and suggestive, and he was very good. He does beautiful work. I feel like I got a very good deal.

So glad I checked Angie's List. That's where I found Todd. Wanted a bathroom vanity with hamper instead of drawers. Todd gave me exactly what I requested. Excellent workmanship, totally dependable. Always in contact, emailed me pix of cabinet in his workshop after it was made. Whole project went smoothly. After cabinet was installed and Todd left, if it wasn't for my beautiful new cabinet, wouldn't know he was there - thoroughly cleaned up, left no mess (finally found someone who cleans up after himself). Very pleased.

Pocono Custom Cabinetry are terrific cabinet-makers and carpenters; they were able to turn around a crummy situation left to us by the general contractor and the lousy work their plumber did, and make everything work out just fine -- and saved us a ton of money, too. They truly care about the work they do, and truly care about customer service. They were professional, prompt, neat, honest, and took no short cuts, and made every effort to make sure the job turned out correctly. We will definately use them again to create and/or modify other pieces of furniture, as well as trimwork, etc.
