I went to the township to submit my site map and they told me there was more needed for my surveyor to do. 2nd part of the job did not go well. I called several times and mostly, he did not return my calls. I texted him and received some responses. He was hired in June for the second half of the project. Ive texted him to tell him the dates of the supervisor's meeting to submit his work July 13. He texted they would not make the July 13th meeting. I sent him a text for the next meeting July 28th. He texted he would submit his work for that meeting. i sent him a text to confirm and he said he would not and that he will submit it in August. Next meeting August 10th. He said he would be at the meeting. I just called the township and he did not submit his work. I left him a voicemail telling him to give me a call and that I was very upset. Waiting to have the work completed.
Description of Work: I ask for my land to be surveyed to join two areas of my property so it would be combined as one property. He told me all the work that was needed and the fee. I told him the zoning officer said I just needed a site map. He agreed to my job. He completed the site map with the specifications the zoning officer gave me. We agreed that I would submit his site map and I would hope they would accept it. They said there was more to be completed, an application, forms, etc. I called the surveyor and shared some of the work needed and He gave me a price and I I hired him to do that work.
