Heller's Gas

**SCAM ALERT** This company is a danger to the public. Do not trust them to provide any service related to gas at your home. The delivery drivers are incompetent and do not perform proper testing when delivering highly flammable gas. My tank valve was incorrectly threaded by the delivery person which caused a leak that emptied the tank, turning my back yard into a time bomb. The service team treated this as a common occurrence and did not respond with any urgency. I was left without heat for my home and the threat of explosion. I asked for the courtesy of a phone call prior to arrival so I could return to my residence and observe them as they checked the tank and was NEVER communicated with regarding the issue. It took me calling them nearly 12hrs later to hear the tank had been refilled, something I NEVER authorized. To add insult to injury I'm now being asked to pay for the refill, truly abhorrent. I believe they intentionally employ incompetent delivery drivers in order to double charge customers. As evidenced by the many negative reviews related to customer service this has been going on from some time and is clearly the way they do business. For the health and safety of your family, choose a different provider. **BEWARE**

I recently lost my husband and got a little behind paying my bill. The customer care people were so understanding and dropped my late fee. The company even sent me a sympathy card. They went above and beyond concerning my situation.

we only had a cleaning for our propane fire place the service man was very professional and knowledgeable about the cleaning. He was punctual about the appointment we would have them do cleaning again if required. I'm not sure of the service except to say sometime September 2019

As this is my first experience with a proprane tank as well as dealing with the company, it went well.  They were on time, and the two gentlemen were professional.  They explained in details the serivce and explained the tank was 20% full and someone would be out to fill the tank.  On September 11 the tank was filled. 
At this time there is nothing more to say, as the weather has been nice, and for now there is no need for a service call. 

They convinced me that I would. Not use their services.
I just bought a house and the previous owner had a heller tank. I contacted them and explained the situation and I wanted the tank filled and they quoted a price of over 5.00 a gallon. At the time the national average was around $3.00 a gallon. I called three other places and they each quoted me about $2.00 a gallon cheaper. I signed a contract with another company and when we went to fill the tank heller had removed the old one and left my line uncapped, plus they took the tank that was over half full of propane which belonged to me,not them, I should have received a reimbursement on the unused propane.

They are prompt, courteous and attentive to our needs whenever we've called them. They are usually pretty good about keeping track of the way we use propane a couple of times. But I noticed that a couple of times its gotten loaded or they've responded within a day or two several times.

I've used this company for the past 5 to 7 years and have been pleased with their service. They show up on time and are professional. I recommend them to others.
