Ursula is one of the finest people I've had the pleasure to meet. She altered wedding attire for my daughters and myself. Added a bustle to a wedding gown, straps added and alterations done to the Maid of Honors dress and alterations to my gown. Ursula is professional all the way. We had a scheduled appointment on a Saturday. Daughter 1 came in from New York City; Daughter 2 from Philadelphia, PA. We arrived to find the shop closed and a note stating "closed until next week". I told my daughters that something wasn't right, Ursula would never intentionally miss an appointment. I left a message on the shop's phone and also on Ursula's cell phone. She called me back in minutes. Indeed, there was something wrong. Her father was killed the day before while at his mailbox by a "hit and run" driver. She apologized profusely, and asked us to come to the shop for the fittings. I protested but she assured me that working with us would give her a respite from all the family was dealing with. In spite of all she went through, the alterations were perfectly completed. She is a special angel and I continue to use her services.

Her name is Herschella. She is just very attentive and personable. It's a one woman shop and I like to go to small places. I can get all kinds of fabric and she has some gift items too. She is very good. She is good at what she does and I like her. The price is comparable because I always check everywhere. The price is standard.
